The chassis keeps the power well? Performance?

I have koni sport kit , big brake tarox kit ,etc..., this is 1.6t engine ,with garrett t3 from fiat coupe(75% parts from others , much from 2.0 8vt)it fits on serial punto2 mountings ,etc...
Does anybody know what rpm limit is in delta 4wd ? (i have ecu from it iaw 04e , somebody told me that 7200rpms , is it right?)
On spring i want tune it with bigger injectors (370-440ccm) , walbro 225L/h fuel pump, big intercooler ;) Estimate power should be more than 200 HP . (GC write in book about 230HP and then forge pistons , but i know somebody who made in punto gt 1.4 280 HP without any forge part , and even 215mm clutch will handle ~340Nm)
This engine is very rare ,in Poland there is no parts to it , so if somebody would know anything about this engine write to me

PS: sorry that i write it here , but you speak your own language , and i don't know Italian
But of course we could exchange our experience
